2. Some of us would consider that a contradiction
and that a Hillary Clinton candidacy IS insanity. She is the one person who is guaranteed to lose the race to any Repug in 2008.

5. And what were your thoughts on that bumper sticker? Did it thrill you to
see it? Are you disconcerted? Come, let's flesh this out. :hi:

9. I was disappointed. She also had a "Bring them home" yellow
ribbon. I thought that good energy should be channeled to a different candidate.

6. All the Hillary 08 talk feeds many purposes
First, of course, it tests the ground for Hillary herself, to see the reaction if she runs. Second, it gives the Republicans license to start smearing her now. Third, it works up an argument her Republican opponent for the Senate can use. Third, some Republicans (and sadly some very misinformed Democrat dupes) see it as humorous irony--the way the Repubs use the name Ted Kennedy when they want to smear the party.

So, no telling what the car was trying to do, and whether they wanted to stop the Bush insanity or Republican-perceived Clinton insanity.

Just my random thoughts. Wrong as always, I'm sure.
