and then launched a fact filled rant against the bushmilhousegang.

brightened up the morning.

4. And you just brightened up mine by sharing that!
(But on the less-bright side, you now owe me a new keyboard.)

8. OOOOPS! Sorry to have brought up the subject.
My girlfriend once spilled an entire can of Coke on her keyboard. We're court reporters, and we had to get a transcript done overnight.

So she cleaned it up as best she could, and continued typing. The only problem was that some of the keys were still REALLY sticky.

Her transcript looked like:

"And when ddddddiiiiiiddddd yyyyooouuu hhearrrr the Deeeeeefendeeeent sayyyy thhhhhat?"

The spell-check practically exploded!

11. I hear ya!
I was once in the middle of typing a transcript when my space-bar went.

"andinclosingijustwanttopointouttothejury ..."

Suddenly the lawyer's closing argument looked like a Bush speech!

19. Ah, most keyboards can survive a water spill.
They can even survive a coffee spill or Coke spill if you rinse well under running water. Then shake out excess water. To dry it fast, take the keybaord apart and dry in the sun or with a hair dryer. This works pretty well - unless you have hard water. Oh, and be sure you unplug the keyboard before you try this. ;-)

6. Them Natives Are Getting Restless
I've been noticing a new trend on WJ as of late. It used to be the Repugnican callers used to ape "I was a Democrat until...", but now it's "I used to support boooosh until..."

Also seems Brian and his co-hosts keep having problems with those pesky anti-boooosh callers showing up on Repugnican lines...as we all know here there's such a coordinated Democratic effort to "astroturf" shows like that :sarcasm:

This is a fairly well-known quote by Douglas Adams (In "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy").
