Most of the dead believed to be Americans.

I read the story and the word "White" was never mentioned. It isn't the press that is fucked up, it's the people who misread it.

17. Going on the history of cable news if you are non-white and not famous

your death doesn't get picked out to make national news. I could be wrong it could be a mix of people but judging from the way they usually chose what non-celebrity deaths to cover I'd doubt it.
