8. I'm glad that someone is finally talking about the lack of rebuilding
at the WTC Site. Fuck the Port Authority and Silverstein...anyway, my frustration comes from following the entire rebuilding process since 9/11, only to see it derailed into beaurocratic obscurity.

....Can't wait for Russ!

I got the feeling this is the new Depression. We're at the low of the low. And our New Deal and better days are all just ahead of us. It's been really tough. But we've grown from it.
