The MSM might have time to cover the real news if we just gave Pretty White Girls in Trouble their own channel.

23. I'm not begrudging people trying to get media coverage for their cases
If my daughter just happened to be pretty and white, I'd be doing everything I could to find her also. I just wish the media wouldn't glom onto these cases so much, but ignore the "undesirable" ones.

Ugly, fat, and black girls have just as many family members and friends that care about them.

The problem is, THE MEDIA doesn't cover it.

That means if you're loved one is a fat, ugly black lady, CNN will not be giving you round-the-clock coverage to try and help you find them.

There are just as many loved ones looking for the fat, ugly black ones. The problem is, the media isn't helping THEM.

What a good idea.
It's time to redraw the line.

There used to be a category of "news" that was labeled "tabloid". It used to be in the Enquirer and other supermarket rags.

Now Tabloid news is on the front pages and in the Times and 24/7 on tabloid TV. I say it's past time to re-relegate the sludge back to Gawker Alley where it belongs.
