Help Katrina Evacuees VOTE

New Orleans residents who are registered voters and were
displaced by the hurricane are still eligible to vote in their
home parish if they have not registered to vote anywhere else.
We need to reach as many of these voters as soon as possible to
make sure they can vote in the elections April 22.

If you are an eligible New Orleans voter or know someone who is,
you can request an absentee ballot up until April 18 to vote in
the primary election. You also can call the Louisiana Secretary
of State Elections Division at 1-800-883-2805 or visit its
