When Clinton, and Carter, were in the White House, was there a concerted
campaign by the Democratic Party to paint Republicans as bad people, traitors who were determined to weaken the country and aid and abet her enemies? :shrug:

I didn't think so.

...when Clinton was in office, there was a concerted effort to discredit him. After 6 years and god knows how much taxpayer money investigating every little thing, they eventually ambushed him into lying about a blow job. Fuck the republicans.

4. The anti "liberal" schtik really took off in the 1980's.
The GOP spin meisters are really proud of themselves for that. They had been working pretty hard in that direction since the 1960's. Goldwater's loss in 1964 really got their kkknickers all in a twist, the fascist swine.
