He managed to show that there is no actual content to their claim while constantly praising and complimenting them. I'm sure they felt great about it afterward, even though he practically cross-examined the guy in showing that he has no real basis at all for his claim of an anti-Bush bias in reporters he has encountered.

He asked her how she knew that the war was going so much better than reported and she could only come up with "I am in a military family"!
