Who has the missing 9 billion ...

that went missing in Iraq? Is this money in the hands of some of bush's friends and their families? These senators seem to be going over to the green zone a lot are they splitting up the pie? They always want to investigate someone for petty cash but they are tone deaf when it comes to the big money.

Remember when bush said this: "IT'S YOUR MONEY!"

At the beginning of the Iraq war, the UN entrusted $23bn of Iraqi money to the US-led coalition to redevelop the country. With the infrastructure of the country still in ruins, where has all that money gone?
