Yeah thats right......you no longer have that freedom whereas you can do as you please, think again, its all in the past, here is whats coming your way, this was introduced in Texas yesterday.

First it was smoking and now its drinking, and if you think its only Texas....well my DUers think again, because its coming to a 'state near you'.

"field sobriety test" in many cases, even with NOTHING to drink?

I smell lawsuits.

Funny thing is, it's probably going to be the "liberal, commie" ACLU who stops this shit. Think the rednecks will appreciate it?

4. Not sure if you can sue in this
case, according to the letters of the Law, they are allowed to carry out these duties.

3. This policy makes as little sense as when the insurance
company told my friend that he contributed to his car being rear-ended IN HIS DRIVEWAY by an elderly driver. Reason: He was behind the wheel of the car and the motor was running. If the car was operational at the time of the accident, that meant that my friend could have prevented the accident by taking it out of "Park" and driving away (where to, I have no idea; he was in his driveway) to avoid the collision.

Pre-arresting a drunk driver sounds unconstitutional to me.
