I have been doing this since before the last election. On election day my message said, If you don't vote for Kerry, don't expect a call back!

I like your message and will use it too, if you don't mind!

Passive protests are the best! Catches them when they least expect it ... right between the ears!

Just think - if thousands of DU'ers had messages like this, it could be a grass roots way of spreading Impeachment Fever...maybe raising a little consciousness...who knows? and think of all the fun listening to messages from your right wing brother in law after he hears this outgoing message!

Speaking of Impeachment Fever, does anyone know of a place that make custom pins (cloissionne, Hard Rock Cafe type)?
If cost isn't too prohibitive, I'm interested in getting some pins made like this:
a small image of the Constitution, with the words "We The People" visible, and overlayed on top,
a Big, Red, White and Blue letter "I"

Ideally, I'd like the pin to come mounted on a card that says:

"I" is for Investigation of illegal acts by Bush and Cheney;
"I" is for Impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors;
"I" is for Indictment for War Crimes;
"I" is for Imprisonment.

"I" is for reclaiming the Integrity of our Constitution, our Democracy, and our Nation among other Nations.

It could be the kind of pin people wear to work, parties, maybe even famous people might wear them like ribbons to awards shows:

"Yes Joan, this my pink breast cancer awareness ribbon, my yellow support-the-troops ribbon, and my "I" is for Impeachment pin"

(or those more moderate controversy-averse stars like Chuck Norris and Bruce Willis could call it their "Constitutional Integrity" or "I stand up for the Constitution" pin) ;-)
