I can't imagine how she finds the time to respond to all the messages she must receive, perhaps she has help doing it. At any rate, she makes the effort because she understands we're all in this together. And that is why she is a cut above her peers.

Helen is a first class act all the way. There aren't many around with her standards these days.

and Congrats on hearing back from such a prestigious journalist.

What does she do with the nasty e-mails? Just wondering....
