HELP! Need cgi voting script (BI30 contest coming in May)!!!

BI30 needs your help!

The new "Bush Republicans in 30 Seconds" radio ad contest is coming this May, and we need your help. We need a Linux compatible voting script that will ensure visitors only vote once (to avoid "ballot stuffing") for each ad as well as record where visitors left off at so they can spread their voting across several days.

If you know of such an application already available or if you yourself are interested in volunteering your services to produce one, let us know asap.
