C-Span covering alleged "assassination attempt" on Reagan
Nancy Reagan (presumably without her personal astrologer) will be discussing the so-called "assassination attempt" on her husband.

Saturday at 10 AM

Hopefully, they'll be taking calls.

1. Perfect question: was George HW Bush involved?
Edited on Fri Mar-31-06 06:20 PM by EOO
His name sure seems to be popping up in discussions centering around the JFK assassination a lot lately.

2. Alleged?
The guy who shot him...his brother was friends with Neil Bush. Too bad Bush Sr., you had to wait to get elected. God was on Ronnie's side that day.

One of Bush's biggest political supporters was John Hinckley's dad.

6. Neil. Neil Bush was close to the Hinckley family. And ....
I like to see how close George Jr. was to the Hinkley family. Actually, I have heard that the Bush and Hinckley families were business and political allies for years -- in Texas and in Colorado.

FYI: I use George Jr. because back when Bush Sr. was president, many in the press often referred to GWB as "George Jr." and he HATED it. So that's good enough for me.

9. "So-called 'assassination attempt'"???
James Brady, who still has one of Hinkley Jr.'s bullets lodged in his brain, might get a laugh out of that...

11. And how sure are we that James Brady is still alive?
Edited on Fri Mar-31-06 06:36 PM by IanDB1
James Brady used to be pro-gun.

After the "assassination attempt," he became anti-gun.

Sounds fishy to me.

Could he have been killed and replaced by an anti-gun impostor?

Notice we never see him standing-up anymore?

Could it be because the impostor is actually several inches taller than the real James Brady, and standing up would give it away?

And why have James Brady and Vince Foster never been photographed together?

Some people say.

13. a lot of ardent pro-gun people change their tune after...
...they see the destruction and ruination they can wreak in the hands of some fool.
can't say I blame 'em.

If you started this thread as a lark, you should state that at the beginning. Otherwise, you're posting on the wrong site.
