Soon "Officer trips, falls onto McKinney's phone during donut stampede"
We all know how this works - HEADLINE NEWS "Moonbat Congresswoman attacks and Eats Capitol Hill Cop, part of Evil Liberal Death Cult"

Next week, after they can't find a tape, since someone fucked up and taped "Girls gone Wild" over that section, and now that the PUNCH Headline is evolving into a simple "POKE" by a cell phone (tho the complaining officer will make an official statement about how you can "put someone's EYE out like that.." and then CNN will show us dozens of people Injured, lives RUINED by cell phone eye poking out accidents, especially with DeadEye Timmy on his little bike) this story will move to page 47, and or be dropped from the Media altogether.

Except for when guys like the asshole Repig from Cal on the Bill Maher show (Goddam Lying, punk sissy surf nazi using talking points from THREE years ago, that got the audience GROANING), will pop up to say, "But there's corruption on BOTH sides of the Aisle, mostly Democrats of course.. we all remember when Cynthia McKinney Pistol Whipped that Capitol Hill officer for talking back to her.. At least Mr Tom Delay isn't a VIOLENT PSYCHOPATH.."

It's a set up alright, they FRAME it, the MEDIA trumpets it, calls it old news, then uses it as PROOF that Liberals are VIOLENT..

Meanwhile they keep SLEAZING on by committing thousands of crimes, pointing fingers at those damned mexicans who are driving the wages down (RIGHT, EVER read "Grapes of Wrath" you assholes?) so that white people don't have jobs.. since the gay marriage schtick is all worn threadbare..

But they do have that "WAR on Christianity" thing going for them, what a doozy, WHEN are the REAL CHRISTIANS going to STAND UP AND BE COUNTED?

WHEN? Don't they think that Jesus would be PISSED as HELL at what they are allowing these FALSE Christians to do by not speaking up?

Just in Time for Easter too, imagine that :)

2. Symbolman ~ you nailed it, K and R because
that is exactly what is going to happen in this case.

It made my heart sink yesterday to hear the 'progressive" radio ranter, sounding like a Rush wanna be, talking about the Congresslady "breaking the law."

During his rant and calling her every kinda of crazy, he mentions that she has stood up many times, bravely, against all odds, against the WAR but now, because she "didn't show her badge," she is "breaking the laws of our country!"

That sealed it for me!

Democrats deserve this sorry Unelected Government of the Banana Republicans because they chop their own up and fall smack into the evil hands of DeLeaders.

Flame me any Freeper Fearing Friends if you wish but one thing I treasure about being an African American ~ we don't let no body talk about OUR LEADERS that have been there for us time and time again!

We do NOT publicly or privately support the CC Twins(Condi and Colin) because they are working against us, not for us, as a Race.

Take note and wake up Freeper Fearing Democrats...African Americans will talk with our friends about our leaders but when we present ourselves to the public ( Hello? Anybody home? ~ a public forum such as Democratic Underground is exactly where they get their talking points) MLK, Jesse,Al, Kanye, Obama etc. can do NO WRONG!

Yes, African Americans cheered when we saw Danny Glover and Harry Belafonte there with the Congresslady yesterday. We were solidly behind her when she gave us THE GLORY and we stand solidly with her through this struggle.

Wake up and shut up Democrats, wake up and shut up!

5. Yep. It ain't a story. It's just political gamesmanship.
Pure and simple. This is a non-issue -- or at least it should be -- just like Wellstone's Memorial.

7. For some reason I thought they accused her of the same offense last year
And donuts may have been involved in the previous altercation as well. Seems like they dropped the charges last time.

Is my memory getting fuzzy here?

I often think things happen twice (the first time before they actually do).

9. There have been FOUR incidents???
After an incident in 1993 when she had an altercation with an United States Capital Police officer, a picture of her was posted for all officers since she refuses to wear a security pin identifying her as a member of Congress. There have been four more incidents since, including one involving a complaint that White House security officials mistook her 23-year-old white aide for her. <5> <6>

On the morning of March 29, 2006, McKinney allegedly struck a United States Capitol Police officer with her cell phone after he allegedly grabbed her arm as she went around the metal detectors at the entrance to the Longworth House Office Building. Members of Congress have identifying lapel pins and are not required to pass through metal detectors. McKinney says she was not wearing her pin that morning, but did show her Congressional identification badge and that the police responsible for protecting lawmakers should recognize them on sight. The incident is currently under investigation. According to reports, the police officer is planning to file charges. McKinney was thought to have been possibly arrested once the Congress adjourned for the day, but no charges have yet to be filed. McKinney's attorney, James Myart spoke in a March 31 news conference, said he will also ask that the officer involved be criminally investigated for inappropriately touching the congresswomen. Myart went on to say the case typified a pattern of police harassment of black Americans. "My belief is this is no different than that: 'they all look alike'. <7> McKinney made a brief statement on her behalf in Howard University on March 31: "Let me be clear, this whole incident was instigated by the inappropriate touching and stopping of me, a female black congresswoman. I deeply regret this incident occurred, and I am certain that after a full review of the facts, I will be exonerated."
