How our goverment subverts even the Constitution
It hadn't occured ( discussed on MTP this morning!) to me that Congress will have a difficult time 'regulating' lobbying because of the 1st Amendment.
quote.......
to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
end quote....
Now, we all know that what they are doing is NOT representing Americans but the special interests of Corporate America. As long as CA has 'personhood' status; they can do what ever they want, they are protected. It is amazing how they pick and choose which protections they like. Spying is ok, having a MSM that sucks is ok(goverment propaganda machine), and lobbying for speical interests is ok!

Any Constitutional lawyers on DU??
