Saw this via atrios and had to share it.

If that had been me, and he pulled that hat down over my face, I would have knocked his teeth down his Delay Cocksucking throat...

I hope this woman files charges. That is clearly assault.

3. Delay supporters confront Nick Lampsons press conference --
and this footage shows one of the Delay goons grabbing the bill of an older woman's hat and pulling it down over her face. It was very forcful. She could definately get this POS for assault.

9. I saw it after I focused on the older man in the DeLay t-shirt.
It happens quickly, so it takes a few replays to spot it.

Was the woman at the end with the orange sign part of DeLay's group -- the one who was asked, "Who sent you?", to which she replied with amusement, "No one sent me."

It looked like channel 2 and I figured Houston. I came up with KPRC at http://www.click2houston.com/index.html They've got some video posted but it isn't the clip posted by Atrios. The time on the current clip also shows 11:__ (something) and not the 4 o'clock time on the Atrios video.

Anyway I found the clip. Glad to be of service.

He doesn't just pull the hat down, he gives her a push back on the forehead. Clearly assault. He better cop a plea, because I don't think he wants to face a jury who sees a video of him shoving an old woman.
