John Conyers:"The Fix Was in at the Cuyahoga Elections Board"
You may recall that I had done a considerable review of the 2004 elections in Ohio, uncovering scores of voting irregularities. I want to assure you that I have not lost sight of the importance of this issue. Today, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports on an issue that I raised in my report, that the Cuyohoga County board of elections had purposely misrepresented voting machine performance to avoid a recount. A special prosecutor issued indictments for three top officials in the county because he has evidence that this is exactly what happened. You should take pride that the article cites the work of bloggers for keeping this issue alive. I will keep up my work on the Ohio elections to ensure that we do everything possible to guarantee the shameful conduct of November 2004 is never repeated.

1. I believe this man. I completely believe him.
If the Dems win back the White House in 08, how about John Conyers for Attorney General?

That wouldn't be so bad, would it?

6. Spitzer would be good, too. But he will have just moved into the
Governor's office in Albany, wouldn't he?

I think New York Democrats are going to smash the GOP in that state in 06 and 08.

A lot of blue sentiment there right now.

18. Conyers reminds me of Henry Gonzalez of Texas:
a relentless force for honesty and decency in government during the Reagan/Bush I era. We need a President like him.

14. Conyers is a true public servant
He, the CBC and others have really been on all the important issues all this time....

No wonder the freepers don't like him, I remember reading in freeperland that they investigated his finances and found he didn't have stocklpiles... he's just an honest public servant. Not to mention a friend to the blogworld unlike most of the party.

15. "fudging" just pisses me off
using an "aw shucks" word for such despicable behavior to me is surreal. That aside, John Conyers is a national treasure.

16. Just saying "FIX" simply won't get it fixed
Sorry, but "fix," "irregularities," even "shameful conduct" simply doesn't make an audible sound among the euphemedia.

We must say the word: STOLEN

When we finally started saying the words IMPEACHMENT and CENSURE, the DC/Euphemedia Analstocracy began showing signs of turning on this never-legitimate cabal.

While the Harper's Forum on impeachment was a good start, everyone was at a loss because no one was willing to say the words:

They're SPYING ILLEGALLY on Americans.

They're committing WAR CRIMES by torturing captives.

They TERRORIZED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE into compliance with their BOMB THREAT of MUSHROOM CLOUDS.

Those are words the nation and even the comatose euphemedia will actually hear. They've been well-trained to be deaf to all else.

Yes, this sounds extreme. But the simple reality is that "Violence" is The Answer.
