NYTimes Friday: AG says Bush right to wiretap calls within US exclusively
The NY Times will report on Friday that Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez says that Bush has the right to wiretap calls exclusively within the US. Testifying on Capitol Hill, when asked if Bush has the power to do this, Gonzalez said he wouldn't rule it out.

Anywhere, anytime, any place. Al-Qaeda or not.

FISA and the FISA court have just been rendered completely, absolutely and irrevocably dead.
