According to the Los Angeles Times, Bush explained his action by saying, "This is a criminal matter. It's a serious matter," but he gave no further specifics. White House officials, too, would not say exactly what prompted Bush to seek the outside advice, or whether he had been asked to appear before the grand jury.

I was watching MSNBC this morning reporting this. It lasted for a couple of hours and then they got to the real news Natalie Holloway! :wow:

Oops, I didn't realize that was going to leak a CIA agent's name and therefore the whole of Brewster Jennings in the process. I thought it was just some other sensitive, but not top secret, information that supported my war dreams. Add to that then, well, I'm the president and I have the authority to declassify anyway so ... really no wrong no foul, right? End of story.

Enter missing pretty blond girl or other generic brain candy.

The resident has been above the law so far ... I'm afraid this may not be any different.

i'm not joking about that. I really never thought I'd see the day.

They blame the liber-ul media for the whole thing. They believe that * was perfectly right and well within his power to release anything he wants, whenever he want.
