Please understand this is NOT about being a democrat

I have said for years that it passed partician politics when they invaded 2 countries, raped the US Treasury,Fucked around with our civil liberties, send too many kids to their death and ruined so many lives all over the world. Yes, maybe this nightmare maybe coming to end BUT whom to I see about getting back $300 Billions and almost 3000 lives lost on 9-11 and another (almost) 3000 lives dead in 2 wars.

We may win in a land slide in 2006 and 2008 but never forget how very close we came to losing it all. This country and all it was founded on was one election away from being history. When we win in November how many on the other side will still not get that?

You need a law prohibiting any American citizen or company from making any money off Iraq, especially any citizen or company with any ties to the executive branch of government.

Or, perhaps not. A slice of very naïve fundies who have been manipulated for so long by the BFEE's enablers may suddenlly wake up, and realize how Wrong they've been.

I am here on DU because I feel my party has been hijacked, and is no longer acting Republican. So much so that I have more in common with you all here than with my own party.

This administration has been devestatingly destructive to our nation. My party opened the door for them. We must all close it again.

The repubs have moved everything Buxh has done into the arena of politix.
The standard retort is "you just hate Buxh!" As if it's all about him being a Republican.

I don't hate Buxh for being a Republican. I hate him for impersonating a dictator.
I hold disdain for his constitutional sabotage.
I despise his attempts to marginalize the working man while lifting aloft those who inherited their comfort.
I have contempt for his lust for war without concern for those who suffer.

....Maybe that is a Republican.
