You can usually shave three to five points off their bullshit, at a minimum...sometimes more!

That would explain where some of them are, but not WHO they are. I only saw the cars, though, not the people ... I couldn't tell if they were shot in the face. Their cars were in a parking lot, so I really hope they weren't drunk and planning to drive home ... or comatose. Must've been one of the other groups.
