Ed Gillespie (CSPAN now) doesn't recall knowing Abramoff...

Knows who he is but doesn't recall meeting him. Now, Abramoff was one of the top donors and Gillspie was the RNC chair, heavily involved in the campaigns for the party. How could he NOT know him. Any DUer able to call in? Please ask him that.

Abramoff amazingly sucessful despite the fact he seems to have been a hermit living outside of Tucson and never met any actual republicans. Well, nothing to see here, move along.

Abramoff has told the feds who HE knows. Who do the feds believe? A crooked politician or someone with proof of dealings with a crooked politician?

Let it all come out in a public trial. Tell it to the judge, Gillespie.

For all those years, poor Jack Abramoff didn't know that he was the loneliest guy in town.

Actually, that shows what kind of character these radical Republicans have ... they're sleazy lowlifes of the worst sort. Abramoff was their pal, their crony, but now they deny him.

5. I watched him like a hawk

for him to stammer once. The guy is good. He didn't stutter or stammer but he went on a bit too long about how he doesn't think he's met Abramoff. The guy was lying his ass off. But he was damn good at trying not to squirm on camera.
