Judge says of lying O'Reilly: "his credibility is zip"
Remember a few weeks ago when O'Reilly went on a rampage about a judge who supposedly gave a rapist no jail term? Turns out O'Reilly had the story 180-degrees wrong. Now the judge involved talks about how the entire experience affected him

Excerpt:

"They started asking me questions: “Isn't it true you could have sentenced him to 10 years?” And I said, “I'm sorry, I can't talk to you.” “Why won't you talk to us now?” I said, “Well, because you never tell the truth.” And they said, “Well tell me what we didn't tell the truth about. And I said, “About anything.” And then I got in my car and left."

The rest of the article is equally fascinating. It describes the very difficult work of judges and how often it is misinterpreted by people with an agenda like O'Reilly. And it really puts a spotlight on how conservatives are using terrorism through mob force to subvert the judiciary and destroy the rule of law in this country. And one expert makes it clear that had O'Reilly's effort to have this particular judge removed, it would have seriously affected other judges:

"... if you think this threat of impeachment or removal doesn't have an effect on the sentencing that's going to occur tomorrow or the next day, you're wrong. ... I think there's no question that - if the judge here had been removed from office, there's no question that judges would have feared that in a very tangible way."

What's important about this is that the judge involved was in OHIO, where a whole bunch of REPUBLICAN CROOKS AND LIARS are about to enter the state's judicial system as criminal defendants. O'Reilly and his fellow travellers are doing nothing less than trying to hijack the state's judicial system and force judges to realize that they had better not do anything to upset the Righway pundocracy or blogosphere.

the judge who let the Arizona State Republican Senator's son off with a love-tap on the bottom?
