Let's call a lie a lie, dammit!

I'm sick of hearing the term "misled" over and over again by the media. Call them what they are, or might be. LIES!

Come on, Dobbs, Olberman, Cafferty, Gregory, et. al. This "misled" crap has got to go.

2. A while back, my editor wouldn't let me use the word "lie"

when I wrote about Bush. He doesn't say a word any more, and I use lie in doggone near every column I write about the administration.

7. A medium-sized weekly in Arkansas

I used to be embarrassed to admit that, but it's really a good paper with lots of awards behind it, so I've gotten over it. Besides, I have a lot of freedom to write what I like.

On edit: to add to the thread. Fuck Bush. They never had a problem calling Clinton a liar when he was lying about cheating. Bush lies and people died but he just misleads? grrrrrr.

The New Yorker is now reporting that bush and company are now considering using tactical nukes against Iran. Has the world gone crazy? Don't people engage in dialog anymore. Not only morally and ethically, but it is much cheaper in monetary cost also
