MSNBC just announced that Scotty WILL have a "press conference" today, didn't say what time. Get the popcorn poppers going. This oughta be rich!

er it was leaked to reporters."

BOOOOOM!!! Shows that they only "declassified" it after they leaked it and it became a legal problem.
