Listening to Dr. Wm. Bennett re: Bush and plame outing
this am on the radio, and get this: you people can't make up your minds! First, you complain about the Bush administration's lack of transparency and secretiveness, then when he let's you know something that's been classified, you complain about that too!

A caller said it and he repeated it. I'm not making it up.

Whereas L. Ingraham concentrated on whether Bush did anything illegal, moving smoothly into the closing argument for the trial on the impeachment that hasn't occurred. So much for right and wrong, smart and dumb.

1. I was wondering what the talking point would be on this
Not nearly as good as 'terrorist surveillance program'. As a matter of fact a pretty weak attempt for those thieves.

2. 2 questions for that caller:
Why didn't Bush declassify the ENTIRE NIE report, instead of only the parts the WH could use to mislead the people to go to war?

Why, if Bush did nothing illegal, has there been so much secrecy and covering up of the fact that Bush declassified the information?

4. The ability of Wingers to twist themselves....
around in order to justify Dumya's criminality is amazing. I don't recall asking Bushco to be less secretive about SECRETS. Only ordinary information.

7. The Chimp set out to deceive the America. That's not illegal, but it's a
public relations catastrophe that will be impossible for him to overcome given the current state of his approval ratings.

The Sept. 30, 2003 tape of the Chimp vowing to "take appropriate action against the leakers" will be played over and over.

8. What they totally side step is... why was it necessary?
If in fact it is the administrations "right" to declassify anything they please, and I'm not convinced this was done properly, you still have to ask why. Who profited from this? Why was this necessary?
