What is the President's biggest job?

Poll question: What is the President's biggest job?
Mr.bush continues to cay his biggest job is protecting the American People. I thought the president's job (not debating Mr.bush's status here) is to protect the constitution. I thought that is what he has sworn to do. Not to debate what the current executive administration is doing, but am wondering if I have it wrong.

6. Protecting the Constitution protects the people, but not visa versa
necessarily. For Mr.bush, it is protecting himself of course, his own interests, which in the long run DON'T MAKE SENSE because it is bad. sorry for yelling, am yelling at mr.bush

because the constitution is made to protect the people.

3. I am cynical. His job seems too be to spread fear and take care of .
his base, "The Elite, the Haves and Have Mores". He's doing a heckuvajob! Anyway, what is a self proclaimed Dictator suppose too do? :shrug:
