Yes 35% 1337 votes No 41% 1560 votes Decide after the hearings are over 24% 907 votes Total: 3804 votes I voted yes, but I think I should have voted "decide after the hearing are over". But because of the Bush cabal is why I voted yes. I would love to go back to simpler times. :(

20. The Democratic talking points do indeed
tell us they will wait until after the hearings are over...It goes to not appearing to have a preconceived opinion. Yea, it drags on this way but it helps the Democrats with lessening the negative press and boosts our defense of our opinion.

61. I read your post, but still voted "Yes" -- because there is SO MUCH info
already available to the public about this particular candidate. His rulings and activities in the past should prevent him from being considered. He never should have been nominated in the first place ... except that * always chooses his nominees from the bottom of the barrel. I think you did good :)
