Filibuster Alito

To the Senate of the United States of America.

I am urging you to do whatever it takes to block the nomination of Alito to the Supreme Court. Filibuster if necessary. Bush does not represent the majority of the American people and should not be allowed to get away with appointing a right wing extremist to the Supreme Court.
What concerns me most is Alito's support of an imperial presidency and also his inability to find a legal argument against torture of suspects children (by crushing their testicles with a boot) or sodomizing retarded people He is also clearly out of line with the majority of Americans on reproductive rights. The Bush administration has acted illegally in spying on the American people. Some time in the future, that and dozens of cases involving money laundering, leaking CIA agents names and questions about the legal standing of Bush's "signing statements" wherein he reserved the right to use torture as he was signing a bill that would outlaw it will be decided by the Supreme Court. This usurpation of power is a peril to democracy and Alito is dangerously supportive of dictatorial presidential powers that Bush wants. His nomination must be stopped.
