8. NASA is going to spend 70+ million to crash a rocket into the moon..
int a crater at the moon's south pole, then fly a probe through the debris plume to look for water. The theory being that there is ice in the crater, ice/water that could be used as fuel (oxygen/hydrogen). I heard one NASA mouth saying this was the begings of a mission to Mars....

70+ probes have been sent to the moon and we're still trying to prove/disprove that there is water-ice on the moon. Sheesh.

He didnt look good...seemed not himself..just not right..cant put my finger on it...but he wasnt 100 %.
