Eveyone on the mailand cries about $2.50 gas... look at what WE have to deal with.

13. is the gas cap law still in effect?
When I was there in October, there was controversy over a "gas cap" law that tied local gas prices to those on the mainland. The local capitalists were up in arms about it. Is that still in effect?
