I hadn't seen the S.L.Tribune article before this, either. You poor dear, I got a major 'wallop' when I saw this:

I have wondered - did we get Rainer's ticket covered for him? (I think it was Rainer?) It's been nagging in the back of my head since Helen's Rose Parade - I wouldn't want anyone that was able to 'represent' for us to have to pay for doing so! If not, give us a heads up! I also like the Organic Bouquet company mention - they did pretty darn good for such a large order & small time frame.

I love that DU did this ... every once in a while, in those odd moments during the work day, I think of her reaction & get to enjoy a small smile. Drives people nuts trying to figure out what put it there! :rofl:

What a wonderful picture of Helen ~ she has taken so much garbage from this administration but she stood firm. I'm sure she'll never forget this wonderful gesture of gratitude ~

It does show though, how starved this country is when people feel inspired by one single reporter in the WH press who is actually only doing her job.

I hope the others took note and will be inspired to do better to help get the truth out about this administration.

You did great, DU did great and it's an amazing story that strangers could come together like that and pull it off.
