4. I was wondering how Libby & his counsel and everybody in
the bush** admin could get away with blabbing so much about stuff that was supposed to be decided in a court of law. That's where you plead guilty or innocent and hash it out.

10. The court will direct the "shut up" order to both sides.
Rather like an umpire will warn both benches even though the beanball/brushback pitch was thrown by just one side's pitcher.

Libby, before the indictments this case was leak free, and lets look at who got the leaks - RW news like the NY Sun, this is a great filing by the judge.

BTW I and Fitz like your baseball analogy - Rock on!!!

I'm a lawyer convert from the dark side -- converted for so many reasons I can't count. I can now sleep at night knowing that every day I shove the person in front of me. Slowly, they wake up also.

Well, I'm in a fit of temper this afternoon over the Zarqawi/psyops treachery. Anyone even remotely responsible for Bush** is anathema till I cool down. You must have been sent as a growing experience. ;) So I'll dispense with the lawyer jokes and say...sincerely...that I'm grateful you saw the light.

A warm welcome to you! Having supported Bush in the past, you're in a better position to get out the truth. As divided as this administration has made this country, they are more likely to listen to one who once believed as they still do & they won't dismiss it as partisan propaganda.
