Judas Stephenopolus: Framing the Spying Scandal
So on "World News Tonight" Judas Stephenopolus stated the Bush spying scandal (in an after thought) was only limited to those who were speaking with Al Quada--how the hell does he know that? Yet another case of media framing the debate, and a quick search of the ABCNEWS website shows no clip, it was a passing blow to freedom. Just the way it was stated matter of factly, that no one else is targeted but those speaking w/ terrorists, really shows me how far they are willing to go to protect the business interest. If Plamegate taught us nothing, it is how intertwind the roots of these ace reporters and government are. Quoting Scooter Libby : “It’s almost winter now. Out West, where you vacation, the aspens will soon look dead as newspapers. They turn in clusters, because their roots connect them.”

4. I have issues w/ Clinton, but as far as I know he did not spy on citizens
This is the big issue right now, not NAFTA or any other Clinton idiocys. We are dealing with the here and now, and here and now the gov't under * is a tyranny.

5. True, give me Bill any day
odd that we are so starved for real government that a mere corporatist looks good now...

8. Isn't that sad?
regular corporatist leaders look like stark raving lunatics now---even GWB number1 looks like a centrist,. and he was anything but. This is the time where the debate is framed, geez I hope the dems in the senate stop the 'Lito; but I am not holding by breath seeing where all the trenches lie these days.

3. Stephanopolis Can't Decide Which Side He Stands On
Very much like Fareed Zakaria, they constantly take the side they seem to put their finger in the wind to determine. Of ABC, only George Will is consistent. Consistently rabidly paleo-conservative.

6. What's wrong with this logic:
If George S says that George B is only listening to people who are 'speaking w/terrorists' -
it means -
Geroge B knows who the terrorists are =
therefore -
if we know who the terrorists are, the war should have been over by now.

???? Si or No?
