Our local AM FOX affiliate..
Our local AM FOX affiliate dropped Larz Larsen, Hugh Hewett and a few other right wing hate-mongers, abandoning talk radio in favor of clasic country.

AAR is doing just fine here in the red state of Nevada.

1. No luck here
My local AM station format is nearly full time FOX TV simulcast. They do have Ed Schultz but often forget to hit a switch and Neal Bortz comes on. An oddity I find is I often have to rise very early in the morning (~3:00 AM) and I turn on the the radio. What I find is nearly 90% Christian radio and WIngers ranting. The Elites are pushing an all out assault to torque reality.

2. We had a rightie talk station change format here in Cincinnati
About a month ago one of the right wing talk stations here in Cincinnati which had carried Bill Bennett, Laura Ingraham, Hugh Hewitt (he replaced O'Reilly after the loofah/falafel scandal) & Michael Medved abruptly changed to classic oldies rock & roll. One day I changed stations during a commercial break on Ed Schultz' show to hear what Medved was bloviating about and there was the sound of Elvis coming out of my radio.

AAR continues on the air here on WCKY 1530 with a few local preemptions for Kentucky & Louisville college sports and Randi's show is tape delayed and airs after Ed Schultz.

3. This is the best news I've heard in ages
Maybe a trend will take hold and we can turn on our radios again. Let's hope.
