Brownback just said his main concern is that Alito will be a judicial
activist. Said this on WJ CSPAN just now. Well, duh, Sammy. SO are a lot of the rest of us too. Don't vote for him then. Can anyone call in and call him on that one?

1. They haven't answered my calls for a long time now.
I think they avoid certain numbers if you light them up once or twice. They really don't appreciate being taken on with the facts.

3. Peter Slen asked him what his main concern was regarding
the nomination. And that was his reply.

7. But, I mean, did he just say that, or did he follow up with some BS
about how he will be too activist in trying to get a "fair deal" for all people, and standing up for his beliefs and for religion, etc... ?

4. I thought Judicial Activists were a bad thing
by listening to the sanctimonious reich wing.

5. Playing Both Sides Of The Fence
Brownback is a weasel who is trying to exploit Frist's problems with the fundies and try to marry them with the liberatarians. It's a strange mix. He's gotta jive those who are concerned with Second Ammendment issues and privacy vs. the abortion game. It's obvious this dude has already left the reservation, but for his own ambitions. Watch this weasel closely.

6. Brownback can say a lot of things
http://www.usacc.org/contents.php?cid=2

My guess is that any member of the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce will vote for Alito. Look at that concern on his face. The eyes looking as if they're truly pontificating on the events and meaning of things happening. The voice very somber, and serious.

He's full of crap, just like the vast majority of politicians. He's going to vote for Alito, and will do so without question, as will most politicians. The Senate voted 98-2 for Negroponte to become the central authority for spying, so there is no reason to believe they won't do the same with Alito. For anyone to believe otherwise is just gnawing your brain away.
