Things are changin in bush country..what Im hearing others say
When I pick up my D from school, I sit and talk to a young woman with her baby whos H is in Iraq..in fact he was due to be back today for leave, and she wasnt there..she hates bush and says so without hesitation...her H just wants it to be over and done. She is very young, but said she sure isnt missing the next election...

then theres the store clerk who just transplanted here from Louisiana...she talked about her bumper sticker...saying she has every right, being from LA she told me, to hate him more than most...said her bumper sticker said ' i dont have to like this prez to love my country' or something like this....

then there was the man in front of me at a convenience store, complaining of yet another gas hike...he is complaining loudly about the administration, etc, and clerk says 'hey dont blame me, i didnt vote for him.,.

this all has happenened in just the past three or four days!! Right here in the middle of Texas, and three outta three shore aint bad!

and on and on i drive, in my 'old' olds...flaunting mu DU sticker..:D

gas stations stores and wally world. Thank god the price of gas is going up, maybe now the troops will get more of what they need, besides high gas prices create jobs. Or why are those damn democrats digging up all these lies and half truths about shrub and the wonderful hard working repukes, after all its not their fault the city has announced that 4 major manufacture jobs will leave the city in the next 9 months. Plus plenty of lincoln town cars, hummers and suv's are still flying american flags, support the troops ribbons and Bush 04 bumper stickers.

5. It is great they are turning away from Bush, but why did it take ...
so long?. They probably voted for him in 2000 and 2004.

7. It's kind of messed up
People finally change their minds when gas is $3.00 a gallon and overlook all the other bullshit.

9. All during the lead-up to the 2004
election we heard story after story after story like this. We heard countless tales of people who'd voted for W in 2000 but who by god weren't going to vote for him this time. What makes anyone think it will be any different this year?

And that's without any considerations of vote manipulation.

10. Well until they figure out a strategy for blaming
the Dems for high gas prices, and the American people buy into it, I think the Bush Crime Family will continue its downward ratings slide and repukes will be punished in November. If gas is over $3.00/gal. nationwide by then the only way repukes can save themselves is through well-coordinated vote fraud on a massive scale. I'm confident plans are already in the works and Rove has been tapped to lead the operation.
