Did Scalito just say that GW had to follow the Constitution?

If that is so, what Constitution is Scalito talking about?

Did Scalito have his fingers crossed when he said it?

1. Yes, that's what he said.
But that's not what he meant.

6. I wish someone had the video because

my ears heard him say it but I could not see his blinking eyes.

I hate him already!

Scalito you're FIRED!

4. Is he under oath? Or just saying whatever he needs to, to appease?

5. And did he specify if Bush has to follow the Constitution as it
was written or as Bush interprets it. Need a little clarification here.

7. I have a simple question for him. Where is the word 'inherent' in
Article II of the Constitution?

9. He is scary to me

in every way.

I happen to judge people through the look in their eyes and his are cold.

He has no soul and neither does his family.

He could care less about the Constitution!

10. I don't have TV, but even on RADIO, he creeps me out because
he sounds like a cross between Dan Quayle, with the high-class sibilant "esses" and Bill Gates, autistic pseudohuman monomaniac. And, he is TALKING DOWN to the Senators as though they are kindergartners, and repeats the same phrases over and over to eat up time.

12. Right
You get bad vibes off of him. He really scares me. Not even John Roberts scared me this much. He at least had a likeable little boy.
