Amazing to me that * would rather his ratings slip into the abyss

than do something about the gas prices that are quickly putting the middle class under.

Not even an attempt to bring the prices down.

The good news:
The unchecked gouging will drop * into said abyss, and he will go down in history as the worst POTUS. Will probably win at least the House or Senate (if not both) back.

The bad news:
We are going to have to suffer through the whole thing with him.


I am not a religious man. But I pray that you and all your neighbors don't go under before the ship can be righted.

He will instead try to make it look like it's somebody else's fault, or at least not his. And of course, he'll have to smear someone who has criticized him on the issue.

The Working Poor and let workers from other countries take over as many jobs as possible (Outsourcing and Insourcing), nueter Unions and any Social Programs.

The Boy King is so damaged from his childhood that he's not rational. The outside world (meaning you and I and Iraq, etc) don't really register as real. His reality is an inner world of self hatred and terror, and so he's doing everything he can to make the outside world resemble what he feels inside:

Terror.

Babbs and George never talked to him, or discussed his sister's death. Dhe died of Leukemia and no one ever told George what was going on. One day, they all stopped going to visit her in the hospital. The next day they were out golfing.

He's so ashamed of his own weakness and powerlessness that he tries to put it onto everyone else: Abu Graib and Gitimo abuse, bombs, war, occupations, it's all him acting out his inner hatred of his own needy childhood.

Only he's got the whole world acting it out with him.

If you want to read the book, it's called Bush On the Couch and the writer's name is Frank. Great read. Everything, including his plummeting poll numbers makes sense when you've read 20 pages of the book.
