He seemed to be barely concealing a rollicking laugh -- and I'm not sure why.

And where the hell was he? I never heard anyone mention where he was -- just the obvious, outside in front of the presidential helicopter with a Marine standing guard and some trees and a telephone pole. Where the hell was he and what was that all about?????
