A thought for the future....

The Democrats have taken over the House and Senate - Gore is President and John Edwards (this is my fantasy so flame away) is Vice Pres, Tom DeLay has a girlfriend in jail named Bubba and Jack Abramoff has fingered about every Repub politician in town.....Bush is sitting at Betty Ford trying to dry out and Pickles is dating a 25 yr old Mexican named Roberto (he's been her shrub clearer at the Ranch)..... Cheney has died due to a faulty pace maker that was installed during his reign and KKKarl Rove is living secretively in a Georgetown apartment with a he/she named Lola....Gas prices are at the Clinton Era level and all the wrongs that have been done in the last six years have been righted, including every soldier is home from overseas and we now live in an era of world peace...what will happen to the DU? This has been such a wonderful haven for me to go to I am wondering what would we talk about? The Second Coming....since we are in a situation of world peace, or what Hillary and Condi are up to...any thoughts?

in the Bush-Cheney era. If we forget the bad times they will surely return at some point in the future.

they never studied History - especially the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire....hopefully we would not do that..

That would be my biggest wish.

i'd much rather see public opinion view "conservative" and "republican" and so on as politically toxic words.

i'd be willing to let these crooks get away with comfortable retirements in exchange for a generation of GOOD governance.

worthless, stinking rotten lives. NO WAY do I want them enjoying one moment of comfort or ease EVER.
besides, as long as they are running around loose, they could start their s*** up all over again. no thank you, I want them where they can never harm another soul EVER.

especially if we could have BOTH them in jail AND democratic control for a generation!
