If you’re looking for the link to a blog we posted yesterday and can’t find it, here’s why.

The blog, which will go unnamed, referenced Richard Berman, whom our readers know as the paid hack behind the anti-worker, anti-union, anti-Employee Free Choice Act ad campaign now running on TV and in newspapers. (Check out one example of how distorted Berman’s ad campaign is here.)

We were requested yesterday by Berman’s lawyers to pull the Blog-That-Must-Not-Be-Named, which will go unnamed, because court documents it referenced were supposed to be sealed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

But oops, they weren’t. (Now they are.)

Still, Berman’s lawyers, who likely are paid with some of the mega-cash Berman rakes in from anti-worker organizations like the National Association of Manufacturers who fund his multiple anti-worker front groups, “requested” we take it down. They also suggested an action that might follow if we didn’t.

As they say in the legal biz: Gag.
