Thanks to years of hard work by millions of activists like you, we have a majority in the U.S. House and Senate and a president-elect who aggressively supports the Employee Free Choice Act. Our chances of passing this bill are better than ever. But the business community knows this and has ramped up a massive $200 million lobbying and ad war against the Employee Free Choice Act.

American Rights at Work produced the ads on behalf of America's workers and partner organizations, including the AFL-CIO. Together, we're running this $3 million advertising campaign to educate the public and our legislators about the Employee Free Choice Act. When given the facts, 73 percent of Americans support the legislation to restore workers' freedom to bargain for a better life. So we've got to get those facts out.
