Wow, that's a very cool anniversary in that it's also FDR's b-day. Say, how do you feel about the EFCA? (Employee Free Choice Act). I read about it in the book Thinking Big (http://thinkingbigthebook.com) in an essay called "Building Shared Prosperity" by Lawrence Mishel and Nancy Cleeland. It basically allows workers in the US to vote themselves into a union. Honestly, I didn't know that we WEREN'T allowed to do that... I'm totally in favor of the idea, and of the larger idea in that essay of reconnecting pay with productivity.
