1. yeah - try skin-so-soft
works for some, not for others.

3. I dont know about sand fleas
But I had great luck with Burt's Bees Insect repellent.

It did better than %100 deet and didn't have any of the skin or clothing damaging properties you get with deet. This was in the Yucatan jungle so it got a good test.

4. I didn't know they made insect repellent...
our daughter is already on her trip, so it's too late to relay this info to her, but I'll make sure to tell her if I get the chance. Thanks.
