1. Greece is awesome.
It's where my wife and I went for our honeymoon. Or, to be honest, it's where we were supposed to go on our honeymoon, except our plane tickets were for September 11, 2001, so we drove to Florida instead. But a year later we finally did go to Greece, and we loved it.

We took two weeks. Our Itinerary was basically:

Athens, Delphi, Naphlion
Mykonos
Santorini

I just checked out your itinerary. Athens and Delphi are both great. We really enjoyed wandering around the Plaka in Athens -- Lots of narrow streets and great food. The Acropolis is (of course) amazing. Delphi is also really cool, but there's not much of anything else around other than the ancient ruins.

It's too bad you aren't going to any of the Greek Islands. My wife and I both loved Mykonos and Santorini.

I hope that Mt. Vesuvius does not decide to erupt while I am in Pompeii:D

There is a cruise extension to see the Greek Islands but I am not planning on that. :-(

I am glad to hear that the food is good. But your post makes me want to go now too bad it is 7 months till March.

Thanks Skinner for stopping by and checking out my itinerary:hi:

3. Santorini!
If you can get there, do it! It is one of the most beautiful places on Earth! I would definitely try to get to some of the islands. And as for the food--you can probably practice for the trip if there is a Greek Orthodox church in your area. Check to see when they have their big fund-raiser, as there is usually great food to be had. We are already thinking about the one we go to in the fall.
