I've been watching documentaries about Chavez and Venezuela

I've been watching documentaries about Chavez and Venezuela
and every time I see one, I just want to pack up and go work there.

There's an energy in Caracas that just seems so attractive - not that it's easy there or all good or anything but there's spirit in the community and so far I haven't heard one member of the government sound like the maniacs we have here.

Can one still travel to Venezuela? Wouldn't buying a ticket to Caracas pretty much put you on the Last List or something? I suppose you could travel to Mexico and buy a ticket from there.
