1. Levin's conclusion in a nutshell: the Petraeus surge has failed
...and the Iraq leadership is no closer now to being able to independently run Iraq and maintain any form of peace then they were prior to when the surge was implemented

We need to leave Iraq now!

metaphorically speaking..

patreaus ( rhymes with betray us) is saying same thing that has been said for past 4 years.
