16. Wonder when 2 of them will come out
and reveal they actually support Obama, but were paid to appear in that spot, and couldn't say no due to their financial situation.

If her previous trackrecord on this is to continue at least.

To fake like you are outraged, then come out a few weeks later for an Obama ad. Hahahahaha.

Why do people still support her so strongly with all these personality flaws and dangers? I can understand voting for her on the issues, but aren't people who support her put off by this stuff? How is she still getting 40-50% of the vote? It seems like she is just enraged that some black guy came out of nowhere and destroyed her 20 year plan, now she is destroying herself and anyone around her to eitehr stop it or get revenge (obvious, but figured I'd spell it out). Doesn't that spell volumes about how she'd act in power? Isn't her voluntary oblivousness to how angry americans are about whats been going on in the US a precursor of how she'd act in power?

5. Obama should do a add and explain what he meant
The people in PA will see through this ad. Obama was raised on food stamps but just because he went to Harvard he is not Elitist?

6. My Godz!!!!
I have never watched someone commit suicide in a campaign spot before.

according to the current PI poll about this teapot tempest, roughly 3 in 10 respondents agreed with the basic premise of this commercial.

Dumbest. Move. Evar.

In the 90's, the Clinton team had more hooks than Stevie Nicks.
Now, it's like listening to someone trying to perform Wagner on the concertina.

8. I'd forgotten how much I hated those sonofabitchin swifties.
They were ugly and ruthless and now there is Hillary being as ugly. I'm offended by her and her lack of being a democrat anymore. Who ever thought a Clinton would go Lieberman.

And while I'm at it...go to hell Lou Dobbs, kiss my ass Wolf Blitzer, eat shit Joe Scarborough. Every damn one of them bitter to the end, breathless with their anti-Obama rhetoric.

big, big check. First the 3am add and now this. Hell, it must make Karl Rove smile.

15. The ads are probably being co-funded by the McWar campaign
Seeing as how he will be able to reuse them in November.

19. Don't worry...
The good thing is that this ad and the "situation" is being thrashed about now. I think he has plenty of time between now and the GE to diffuse whatever "bitterness" there may be towards him. I love the media's overreaction - they wear people down to the point that they will simply tune out everytime this gets brought up. Plus, if the economy is stll not doing well in November, tying McCain to Bush (another 4 years) should be enough to take care of that problem.

I'd like to say that I can't believe the Hillary campaign actually did this, but it doesn't surprise me really. But, for someone who supported her and voted for her in our primary, I am just sickened by it and I feel like I was duped into sympathizing for her after New Hampshire. She's certainly not doing herself any favors amongst the Dems and Dem-leaning folks that I know, contrary to what her strategists are telling her. She's got the full-on "*itch" image going strong - again.

She may win the battle and lose the war.

14. And tonight we are phone banking the mind-blowing 22% undecideds
The campaign never thought the number would be that high at this point in the game.

This will backfire on her HUGE.

She is completely out of touch with the people on the ground here, IMO.

21. I am talking mostly with undecideds
Handful of Clinton people, handful of Obama people, but so far, over 30 undecideds tonight.

Most are telling me that they are waiting for the debate Wednesday (and invited me to call them back on Thursday).

None have mentioned Bitter-gate, and the ones that did share a main issue, it was ending the war.

23. Swiftboat Veterans for Hillary
Hillary has learned well sitting at the knees of Lee Atwater and KKKarl Rove.

There is such a smarmy, negative edge to the ad.

Please, Pennsylvania, please end this and send old Hill back to one of her two mansions.

25. I haven't heard anyone talk about the fact that she spent
$$$$ on this attack ad on Obama, not McCain. What does this say about her decision making? This is a waste of advertising dollars to jump on a statement that was secretly taped at a fundraiser.

Is it just me?:wtf:

26. Irony. This is what Obama deserves for swiftboating the Clintons on race
The difference is, of course, the Clintons never said anything racist while Obama did make a bigoted statement.
